Which wax do you use in your products?

We only ever used a high grade soy wax in all our wax products. Being made of vegetables, soy is a popular choice for wax melts and candles. It gives a much cleaner and longer burn. It has an excellent scent throw, making it the perfect choice to fragrance your home.

What do you use to scent your products?

We only use high quality fragrance oils. We ensure we have all the correct CLP information regarding the fragrances we choose. All our supplies are sourced from UK suppliers.

What is your current processing time?

We ask you allow 7-10 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Personalised items may take longer depending on item. We are only a small business and we ask you be patient with us. We will always strive to get your order out and in your home to begin enjoying ASAP. At peak times we may be a little busier so the processing times maybe a little slower. We send via Royal Mail and you have the choice of 1st or 2nd class post. Unfortunately we are unable to post outside of the UK at present.
